Meet Kevin Lutz

The man behind REVAMP Training Systems

  I have been involved in Sports and fitness my entire life.  I played team sports growing up and first stepped into a gym at age 16.  Since that Day I haven't looked back!

   Finding a passion in training and helping others I went to university for 4 years to obtain my bachelors in Human kinetics.  I became a CSEP- Certified personal trainer and started REVAMP.

   REVAMP provides online programming and nutrition guidance, as well as one-on-one and group fitness sessions.

   I pride myself on offering quality services and developing strong relationships with my clients.  This ensures long term adherence and success, as well as developing a healthy and balanced lifestyle that is enjoyable!

  My methods are not based on gimmicks or fads, just time tested and research proven principles that guarantee results.



    REVAMP offers several different Services to suit your needs, lifestyle and goals.  For those just getting into the gym or looking for in person guidance, one-one-one training would work best for you.  Getting shown how and what exercises to perform can really speed up the introductory process or fast track your progress.

    For those who have a strong grasp on how to exercise, but need help with their programming, online coaching fits the bill.  With unlimited communication, video feedback and with customized programming designed specifically for you
